Description
  • The product obtained by the acetylation of Tetrapeptide - 5
  • A synthetic Peptide that has calming, smoothing, hydrating, and firmness-enhancing
    benefits when applied to skin
Funcions
  • Inhibits glycation in the skin around the eyes. Glycation normally causes abnormal and
    disorganized crosslinking in the collagen fibers which causes the skin to be less elastic
  • Binds to one of the proteins (SOD) that is involved in the Glycation, preventing this protein from
    binding to the next substance necessary to continue glycation and, therefore, stops this process
  • Decreases the permeability of the blood vessels in the area and, thereby, decreases the amount of
    fluid that can accumulate in the periocular area
